Paper vacuum bags for the Riccar 8000 Series uprights, cataloged as C15-12 and packed twelve to a box. Riccar sells the same bag as a six pack under the C15-6 number, so the only difference here is quantity.
Riccar describes the media as ultra filtration paper and lists it for the 8000 Series line, the XCPPLUS and XCP2 included. Dealers extend the same bag across the 8900 Series machines and the matching Simplicity uprights of that generation, which share the bag chamber. It is a Type B bag with a cardboard collar, which is the detail to compare against the bag currently in your machine if you are unsure.
As with any paper bag, capacity and airflow fall together as it fills. Left in past the point where it feels tight and drum like, a bag chokes airflow before it looks obviously full at the bag door, so suction fades in stages rather than dropping off at once. Swap it at that point rather than waiting for the machine to sound strained.
Bag doors and chambers vary across the Riccar and Simplicity range, so if your machine is not in that group, check the chamber and part diagram before ordering. A bag that does not seat fully against the collar leaks dust around the edges no matter how well the paper itself filters.
