Product details

The hose inlet for Riccar Sunburst and Simplicity Jill straight-suction canisters, revision .3 (SUN.3 and JILL.3), sold as part B361-5300. This is the molded port on the front of the canister that the hose end locks into, and it carries the whole load every time the hose is inserted, twisted or yanked while you clean.

Repeated insertion wears the port out of round, and a loose inlet lets the hose pop free or bleed air at the connection so suction at the nozzle drops. Fitting a fresh inlet restores a tight lock-up without touching the motor or filtration side of the machine.
