Part B361-3300 is the suction inlet seal for SUN.3 and JILL.3 canister vacuums — the Riccar Sunburst and Simplicity Jill platform. The seal sits where the hose inlet meets the bag chamber and keeps the vacuum's airflow path closed, so the motor pulls through the bag rather than around it.
A hardened, cracked or missing seal is a common cause of weak suction on an otherwise healthy canister: air leaks in at the inlet and the machine loses the pressure difference it needs at the floor tool. Because the seal is rubber and gets compressed every time the hose is seated, it is worth checking whenever you service the bag compartment.
