Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Royal Dirt Devil Vision HEPA exhaust filter unit is a replacement final-stage filter for the Royal 2300 and similar Vision models. It mounts at the exhaust, screening the air the vacuum discharges so trapped dust and allergens stay out of the room.

Once this filter loads with fine particles, airflow narrows and suction fades, and a clogged or damaged unit can let dust escape back into the air during cleaning. Installing a fresh exhaust filter restores airflow and the 99.97 percent capture of particles down to 0.3 microns.

  • Fits: Royal Dirt Devil Vision 2300 and compatible models
