Royal Filter Door - RY5500/RY6900 Commercial

This is the filter door for Royal RY5500 and RY6900 commercial uprights, part 370213, the panel that closes over the filter compartment and holds the filter in its seat.

It is a part people run without, and the machine keeps working, which is why the problem goes unnoticed. With the door missing or cracked, air takes the easy route around the filter instead of through it. The exhaust turns dusty, the smell of a hot motor gets stronger, and fine grit settles on surfaces near the machine while the operator assumes the filter is doing its job.

Seat the filter fully before closing the door. A filter standing proud of its housing will hold the door open a fraction and recreate the same bypass you were trying to cure. The door itself hand-fits in place of the broken original on either model, no tools needed.
