Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Type P replacement bags for the Royal RY1000 canister, stocked as part 213 and supplied in a 7+1 pack. The EnviroCare micro-filtration media catches far finer particles than plain paper, which matters on a canister because everything the bag misses goes out through the exhaust and back into the room you just cleaned.

Bags fail two ways. They fill, and airflow chokes down until the machine sounds strained and stops picking up; or they split at a seam, and the dirt heads straight past into the motor filter and the fan. Either way the fix is the same, and it is a great deal cheaper than the alternative.

These are aftermarket replacements rather than Royal-branded bags, and they seat on the Type P collar exactly like the originals. They fit the Royal RY1000 canister and the 2432. Change at around two-thirds full rather than waiting for the suction to disappear.
