Ten DIN 968 screws in 3.9 x 13 mm, listed as 01021ER, covering the power head and SOFTCASE fixings in a single order.
This is the mid-length screw in the ET-1 and ET-2 shell, working alongside a longer 21 mm fastener and a short 9.5 mm one elsewhere in the same housing. Servicing a head means pulling several of each, and mixing them up on the way back together is a well-known route to a screw tip poking through a moulding or a boss split from the inside. A bag of the correct length takes the guesswork out of reassembly and leaves enough spares that nothing has to be refitted twice.
The DIN 968 form carries a collar under the pan head, giving the fixing a wider bearing surface on the plastic than the similarly sized DIN 7981 screw sold as 0102ER. The two measure the same and are not interchangeable, so it is worth keeping the bags apart on the shelf. SEBO lists this part at item 127 on the ET-1/ET-2 and DART diagrams, item 151 on the FELIX diagram and item 163 on the SOFTCASE CE12 diagram, which is the quickest way to confirm you are ordering the right one before the machine is even open.

Reassembly goes fastest when the fixings are sorted before anything is put back. Take the screws out onto a tray in the positions they came from, replace them from the bag length by length, and the shell closes on the first attempt rather than after a fastener has been found sitting in the wrong hole.
