SEBO ET-1 12-Inch Electric Power Nozzle — White/Grey

A turning brush roll is the difference between a floor tool that skims a carpet and one that gets underneath it. The ET-1 is SEBO's 12-inch electric power nozzle: its own motor drives a bristled roller across the entire cleaning width while suction removes whatever the bristles release.

Part 9999D55 is the white and grey shell, finished to sit with SEBO's two-tone machines. Fit it when an existing ET-1 has stopped driving, or when a plain suction floor tool is being traded up for powered carpet cleaning on a setup that carries current through to the nozzle. That last point is the one to check first, since a power nozzle needs a live connection through the hose and wand and will do nothing on a suction-only system.

Twelve inches is a practical width for household carpet: broad enough to cover a room without an unreasonable number of passes, narrow enough to get between furniture and along a stair tread. The roller earns its keep most obviously where pet hair has spun itself down into the pile, which is exactly the load that airflow alone will glide over. When the time comes to change one, the usual prompts are a roller that no longer spins, a worn brush strip, a rumble from the bearings, or a cracked housing. The arctic white version of the same nozzle is stocked as 9999D56.
