The secondary filter holder is the molded frame a secondary filter drops into on the compact canisters Tacony sells as the Riccar Sunburst and the Simplicity Jill. Order it as B361-4300 when the original has cracked, warped, or lost the grip that keeps the filter square against its seal.
A holder rarely announces itself directly. It turns up as suction that a fresh bag and a fresh filter do not restore, because the leak is in the mounting rather than in the media. Pull the secondary filter and look at the frame around it: hairline cracks at the corners, a chewed retaining edge, or a carrier that no longer sits flush in its housing all point at the holder rather than at the filter it holds. A carrier gone brittle with age can also let go the first time the filter is pulled for cleaning, which is often how the fault gets found at all.
Because a secondary filter sits downstream of the bag, any gap around the carrier lets fine dust past that stage entirely. It is a harder fault to notice than a torn bag, since the machine keeps running and keeps picking up debris while the finer particulate slips through unfiltered.
