We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Miele SF-HA 50-2 HEPA AirClean filter pack contains two genuine replacement exhaust filters, so you can install one and keep the second for your next change. The current material number is 12868960, replacing the earlier two-pack reference 11713280.

Compatibility

For compatible Miele Guard S1, M1 and L1, Complete C2 and C3, and Compact C1 and C2 canister vacuums that use the SF-HA 50 filter format. Check your model and existing filter before ordering.
