Part C482-0003K is the powered hose kit for the Simplicity Scout Plus. A powered hose carries current up to the wand and power nozzle as well as carrying the airflow, which is why it fails in ways a plain suction hose never does: the nozzle cuts in and out as the hose flexes, or stops responding entirely while suction stays fine.
