Sirena Power Nozzle Lead Wire

Product details
A power nozzle that runs in bursts, cuts out when you turn a corner, or refuses to spin its brush at all is often failing at the lead wire rather than the motor. The lead is the length of wire that carries current through the nozzle to the brush motor, and it flexes every time the nozzle pivots.
Part 85-6 replaces that lead on the Sirena S10NA power nozzle. Years of steering work-harden the copper where it bends, and the insulation can chafe or pinch against the housing until the connection becomes intermittent. Once the wire breaks internally the nozzle usually goes dead, even though the vacuum motor still runs normally.
Fit it along the same path the original followed so nothing is trapped when the housing closes back up, and check the connectors at both ends while you are in there.
