Part A350-0300 is the front headlamp socket for Riccar full-size power nozzles, the socket alone rather than the bulb it holds. A snap-in mount is what lets you replace it: pull the worn one free of its clip and push the fresh socket in until it seats.
A nozzle light with no bulb can fail for one of three reasons: a burnt-out bulb, a socket that has stopped making contact, or a broken wire somewhere behind the nozzle housing. Trying a spare bulb first rules out the cheapest cause in under a minute, and a known-good socket in hand rules out the second.
