Part 7DL003 is a stainless steel worm gear clamp, 1/4 in. width, SAE size 4, with a hex-slotted Phillips drive that takes either a nut driver or a flathead screwdriver, whichever is handy at the fitting.

Order by part number, since clamps of this size and drive style are hard to tell apart once they are separated from their packaging. Skip reusing a clamp that has been loosened and retightened repeatedly, since the drive slot rounds off and stops taking a driver cleanly after enough cycles.
