Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Compact 12" version of the Stealth electric vacuum head with integrated wand (SKU 491T). This updated Stealth design retires the old 40" external cord that ran the length of the metal wands; power now travels through a short plug-in cord built neatly into the new telescopic Stealth wand. Note that the Stealth head ships exclusively with this wand — it is no longer sold bare.

The narrower 12-inch head is a smart pick for homes with tighter rooms, more furniture to steer around, or stairs.

  • Cord integrated into the telescopic wand — nothing to clip or drape
  • Works with the electric hose on this site, plus hoses from older Stealth, Ace, EdgeLift, and BlackHawk sets and most Nutone systems

Hose check before ordering: if a two-inch span separates your hose end's button-lock nipple from the pin holes in the handle, the new Stealth wand fits. Existing Stealth kit owners: register your kit.
