SEBO Suction Duct Access Co...

Product details
Clearing a blockage on a DISCO floor polisher means opening the suction duct, and 3205TG is the panel that closes that service opening again afterwards. SEBO lists it as item 2 on the DISCO parts diagram, right alongside the power head cover, because the two sit next to each other on the head. Its only job is to seal the access point so the airway stays tight from the floor through to the centrifuge.
The latch tab is what usually goes first, and it often goes during a rushed blockage clearance rather than in normal use. Once it has snapped, the panel sits proud of the duct instead of clamping into it. Air is then drawn in at the opening rather than at the floor, and the machine loses pull at the head with nothing blocking it anywhere to explain the loss. Cracked or distorted panels do the same thing more quietly. A new cover closes the duct properly, restores the pressure drop at the head, and takes seconds to fit. It is also worth clearing the duct itself thoroughly while the panel is off, since the debris that caused the original blockage tends to leave a ridge behind that catches the next lot.
