7038DB is the dark blue switch assembly for the SEBO FELIX Premium, supplied built up rather than as a handful of loose components. SEBO lists it at item 23 of the FELIX exploded diagram as the complete switch assembly in dark blue, which is the shade used across the Indigo trim.
On a heavily used upright, few faults turn up more routinely than a failing switch, and it announces itself through inconsistency rather than a clean failure. Contacts pit and carbon up over thousands of cycles until the machine cuts out when the handle is nudged, refuses to start on the first press, or runs only while a finger keeps pressure on the control.
