The PH versions of the ProTeam GoFit run a powered floor tool, and this is the switch box that supports one: part 844156-1, with the receptacle built in, for the GoFit 3 PH and GoFit 6 PH backpacks.
Two details separate it from the plain box. The receptacle is the obvious one, since without it there is nowhere to connect the power head. The other is the twist-lock, which holds the extension cord plug captive in the switch box so a lead snagged on a table leg pulls the machine rather than unplugging it mid-room. An integrated cord wrap on the side of the box takes strain off the plug as well, and the yellow cord guide comes with it.
Check whether your GoFit is a PH model before ordering, since the non-powered machines take the version without the receptacle.
