Product details

Pressing the power control on an AIRBELT K canister moves a molded lever, and a small leaf spring is what pushes that lever back afterwards. Both pieces come together under part 6621, drawn at position 12 in the AIRBELT K diagram.

The bracketed 13 in SEBO's caption for that position is the leaf spring, which the same sheet lists separately as 1739 — so this order already covers both numbers. One further note is worth reading off the diagram: the cord rewind unit at position 11, part 665603E, is captioned for positions 12 and 13 as well, meaning a complete rewinder arrives with a lever and spring of its own. Anyone doing that larger job does not need to add this part to the order.

Age tells on each half. The lever wears at its pivot or splits outright, the spring loses its temper, and the control starts to feel soft or stops returning at all — occasionally leaving the machine running when you meant to shut it down. What the lever bears on is the switch built into the electronic controller at position 14, a far larger assembly, so proving the lever and spring are sound is the sensible first move before the electronics are suspected. The two go in as a pair because a tired spring will spoil a new lever soon enough.
