Part FMBP008303 is a tangential bypass electro-motor for CycloVac and Trovac central vacuum power units. It belongs to the FMBP0083 tangential motor series that shares a platform with the three-stage TMBP0083 motor, alongside the 2.25 in. FMBP008304 and 8.25 in. FMBP008305 exhaust-tube variants.
The tangential bypass design draws motor-cooling air on a separate path from the suction stream, keeping abrasive dust away from the windings and bearings. Fit a matching motor when suction drops, the motor runs loud, or the carbon brushes are worn.
