Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This Beam universal telescopic wand with a button lock works across most central vacuum systems and matches the Beam 1928. Its adjustable length sets a comfortable cleaning height, and the friction fit at the lower end accepts hardwood floor brushes, dusting brushes, and similar tools.

Replace the wand once it no longer telescopes smoothly, the button lock will not hold, or the tube is bent or dented. Any of these lets air escape at the joints and makes attachments sit loosely, which drains suction at the tool. A straight wand with a working lock brings back a snug, airtight connection.
