Powr-Flite Textless Moving ...

Product details

This is Powr-Flite's textless moving-parts warning decal, part 578769. No wording appears on it at all, which is exactly what a symbol-only warning is meant to achieve: a Spanish-speaking crew and an English-speaking one see the identical caution, with nothing for either to mistranslate or ignore because it was printed in the other language.

A decal like this rarely outlasts the machine it rides on. Splashed cleaning solution, the scrape of a pad edge, and an occasional trip through a pressure washer all work the adhesive loose long before anything mechanical needs attention, and a warning that has faded or peeled away counts for nothing at a safety walk-through or an insurer's inspection.

  • Stocked as: 578769
  • Warns of: moving parts
  • Wording: none, symbol only
  • Cross-referenced to: Tennant machines

Replacing a worn decal is a small, inexpensive step compared to the cost of an equipment inspection failure, and it takes only a clean, dry surface to reseat one properly on a housing panel. Wipe any solution residue off the panel first, since adhesive applied over a film of cleaning chemical will not hold as long as one applied to bare, dry plastic.
