This 6 foot electric pigtail cord connects a central vacuum hose to a standard wall outlet to power an electric powerhead. One end carries a female two-prong receptacle that mates to the hose, while the other ends in a plug for the wall socket.

A frayed or failed pigtail cord cuts power to the powerhead, so the brush roll stops even while suction continues. Replacing it with a sound cord restores a safe, reliable feed from the outlet to the hose, bringing the motorized head back to full operation.
