Titan Cord Clip - T750

Product details
The cord clip keeps the Titan T750 backpack vacuum's power cord tucked against the housing rather than swinging loose while the operator works.
A clip like this seems minor until it is missing. Without it, the cord finds its own path, which usually means underfoot, catching on doorframes, or dragging across whatever the operator is trying to clean at the time. A dangling cord is also how cords get damaged, snagging on a cart wheel or a table leg with enough force to strain the connection at either end of the run, and a cord that has been yanked hard enough eventually shows it at the plug or at the strain relief where it enters the machine. The clip itself is a simple plastic mount, and it is common for it to snap off entirely when the cord catches hard, usually at the exact moment the operator has both hands full and cannot stop to free it.
- Part: 17-5600-04
- Fits: Titan T750
- Function: keeps the cord secured against the housing during use
- Install: snaps into the existing mount, seat the cord fully so it holds
It is a small piece to replace compared with the cord itself, and doing so before the next snag keeps the cord from taking the damage instead, and the clip is cheap enough to keep a couple on hand. Route the cord through the clip the same way it ran originally, rather than doubling it back, so it sits flat against the body instead of standing proud where it can catch again. A cord that keeps pulling free of a freshly installed clip is often a sign the cord itself has gone slightly stiff with age and could use inspecting on its own.
