The exhaust sponge is the filter media fitted at the Titan T750's exhaust, the last stage the airflow passes through before it returns to the room.
Fits the Titan T750.
Filter media never fails all at once. Fine dust works its way into the sponge a little at a time with every run, and the change in performance is gradual enough that operators often do not notice it happening until the machine feels noticeably weaker than it used to. A saturated sponge restricts airflow leaving the machine, which backs the whole system up and can make the motor work harder just to move the same volume of air through it. It also means there is less clean capacity left to catch what the sponge is supposed to catch, so more fine particulate ends up back in the air around the operator's back for the rest of the shift instead of staying trapped where it belongs. A sponge that has gone stiff or discolored rather than just loaded with visible dust is usually past the point where a quick shake-out will bring it back to useful condition.

Check the sponge against the old one before installing, confirming it seats fully in its housing pocket without gaps around the edge, since a corner left folded under will let unfiltered air bypass it entirely.
