This genuine OEM Titan rug tool (part #32-1410-04) is an 11 inch black floor tool with a hub-style Fit All 1 1/4 inch connection, made for the Titan T1400 canister. Its wheels roll smoothly across the floor while bristle strips agitate carpet fibers to release trapped dirt.
As the tool ages, worn wheels or flattened bristles reduce contact with the carpet and let dirt slip past. A correct replacement restores the smooth glide and agitation the T1400 was designed to deliver.
