Titan Wall Bracket - TCS-55...

Product details
Part 7318 mounts a Titan TCS-5525 or a TCS-8575 power unit and carries it for the life of the system. It bears the unit's full weight and sets the mounting height so intake and exhaust ports meet the pipe stubs already run through the wall, a more exacting job than a generic mounting bracket has to handle.
These brackets disappear more often than they break. Movers unscrew a unit during a relocation and the bracket stays behind on the old wall, or it gets bent while someone pulls the canister down for a renovation, and a bent bracket is worth replacing outright rather than bending it back into shape. A power unit hanging even slightly off level puts constant, uneven pressure on the pipe joints below it, and given enough months that pressure is what finally opens a leak at a fitting nowhere near the bracket itself.
- Part: 7318
- Fits: Titan TCS-5525 and TCS-8575
- Function: load-bearing wall mount for the power unit
Anchor the bracket into studs, or use fasteners rated for the weight of a full canister unit where studs are not available at the exact spot needed. Before hooking up the pipework, check that the unit hangs true with a torpedo level instead of eyeballing it, since a lean that looks small at the bracket gets magnified by the time it reaches the intake port on the far side of the unit.
This bracket is built specifically for the TCS-5525 and the TCS-8575. Titan mounting hardware is matched to the unit it was designed for, so check your unit's model number against its data plate before ordering rather than assuming any Titan bracket fits any Titan unit.
