Part 48906060 is the medium-grade cylindrical roll for the Tornado BR 28 automatic scrubber, measuring 150 mm in diameter by 650 mm long. Medium fill covers most of what a ride-on scrubber meets day to day, from sealed concrete to vinyl and quarry tile, and it is the grade to default to when nothing about the floor calls for something gentler or more aggressive.

Brush diameter is the number to watch in service: as the bristles shorten, the deck has to drop further to keep contact and scrubbing pressure falls off long before the roll looks finished.
