Part 91438 is the Tornado CVD 38/1, the single motor machine in the deluxe CVD upright range, and it ships with its tool set. The redesign behind this generation went after the things an operator does twenty times a shift rather than the specification sheet: a button, a latch and a pull on the cord now cover most of what the machine asks of you.
