Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Gray black tube plug, SEBO number 7145GS, fitted to the FELIX Premium and the FELIX 2 Premium. It is a moulded stopper and nothing more complicated than that: it closes a tube opening on the machine so the port stays sealed and free of grit when nothing is fitted into it.

Nobody plans to buy one. Plugs get pulled during a strip-down, land in the parts tray and never make it back into the machine. Others loosen over a couple of years and are gone before anyone registers that they were ever there. An open port collects dust and admits air at a point designed to be closed, and the machine quietly loses a share of the pull it should be putting down at the nozzle. Because that loss is gradual rather than sudden, it usually gets blamed on the bag or the filters first, and a missing plug can go unnoticed for a season.

Buy by number rather than by shape. SEBO's drawings carry more than one tube plug across the range and each has its own number, so a stopper borrowed from something else in the cupboard is not necessarily the one a FELIX wants. Gray black is also the FELIX accessory trim colour — the same parts drawing lists the gray black crevice nozzle 1092GS, the gray black double attachment clip 7097GS and the gray black premium parquet brush 7200GS — so a genuine SEBO tube plug matches what is already on the machine instead of standing out.
