This is the wheel bushing for the Turbo Cat EX nozzle, part 8415, the sleeve the wheel axle rotates inside rather than the wheel itself. It sits pressed into the wheel hub and takes the friction so the plastic wheel body does not wear directly on the metal axle.
Fits the Turbo Cat EX. Once a bushing wears oval or cracks, the wheel it supports starts to wobble or bind as the nozzle rolls across carpet. That shows up as uneven tracking, a wheel that drags on one side, or a faint clicking as the loose fit lets the axle knock against the housing with every rotation.
Because the bushing is what actually contacts the axle, replacing a worn wheel without also checking this sleeve often leaves the same play in place. Pull the old wheel and inspect the bore it rode in for scoring or an egg-shaped wear pattern before you decide whether the bushing, the wheel, or both need to come out.
