Product details
The brush core is the roller inside a Turbo Cat T210 air nozzle that spins from air pressure alone, with no motor or belt involved, and it carries the bristles that agitate carpet as the nozzle passes over it. Part 7832-X replaces that roller as a complete unit.
The T210 belongs to the air driven family of powerheads used on central vacuum systems, where the airflow the system pulls is the only thing turning the roller. That single fact explains most of how this part behaves. Agitation is tied directly to how much air is moving, so anything that restricts the airpath upstream, a full bag, a clogged hose, a leaking wand joint, slows the roller before the core itself is at fault.
Wear therefore shows up as reduced agitation before it shows up as a jammed roller. Bristles flattened or chewed down by wrapped hair and thread stop lifting embedded dirt out of carpet fibers even though the nozzle still glides normally. If the core has picked up enough wrapped debris around its bearings it may also turn slower than it should, or stop entirely, despite full suction at the hose.
Pull wrapped hair and thread free routinely, since that alone restores spin on a roller that is not actually worn out. Replace the core once bristles are visibly flattened or the roller no longer turns freely by hand with the nozzle off the vacuum.
