CTB4 is a turbo floor tool built with the Wonder and Prima style neck, so it drops straight onto the wands used by the Riccar and Simplicity canisters in that family. Tools of this type spin their brushroll off the airflow moving through the head rather than off a separate motor, which is how you get brushed carpet agitation without running a powered hose.
