Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This 9-pack of U-3 and U-6 upright paper bags is a replacement set for the Panasonic 2401 and is also sold as part #60-2418-02. Each bag traps fine dust and allergens while storing the debris the vacuum picks up.

Suction falls as a bag fills, because packed dust restricts airflow and strains the motor, and an overfilled bag can leak particles back into the air. A fresh U-3 or U-6 bag reopens airflow and keeps captured dust contained.
