Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

These Koblenz Upright Series paper bags (Part #45-0769-5) are clean-air disposable replacement bags sold in a three-pack, fitting the Koblenz U-800, U-900, U-75 ZA, U-110 ZA, U-310 ZA, U-510 ZA, and U-610 ZA. Each bag traps dust and debris while filtering the air that passes through the machine.

Old or overfilled bags are the most common cause of weak suction in a bagged upright, and a packed bag also lets dust slip back into the room. A fresh bag restores full airflow and the filtration these machines depend on.
