SEBO 1250W Vacuum Motor wit...

Product details
Weak airflow, a warm smell after a few minutes of running, or a canister that quits halfway across a room all point one direction once the bag and the filters have been ruled out. Catalogued as 8048ER, this is the 120V, 1250W suction motor built for the AIRBELT D1 Turbo and the D4 Premium. SEBO boxes it as a small kit rather than a bare motor: cradle 8045ER travels with it, and so does internal cable set 8091AM together with its thermal cut-out.
The bundle follows the order of the AIRBELT D drawing itself - cable set at item 8, motor at 9, inlet seal at 11, motor cover at 14. Those three components have aged inside the same hot chamber, which is the argument for renewing them together. A fresh motor mounted in a cracked cradle and fed by heat-hardened leads inherits the vibration and the added resistance that helped finish off the original.
Plan the job before starting it. The shell comes apart, each lead has to be traced and moved across, and the plug stays out of the outlet from the first screw to the last. Anyone who has not been inside a canister before is better handing this one to a vacuum technician.
