Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Wand Wall Clamp (SKU 407W) gets central vacuum wands and nozzles off the floor and stored flat against the wall. Press any 1-1/4" round wand — metal or plastic, bare or with an accessory still attached — into the front rubber grip, which grabs firmly until you pull the wand free.
