Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The ProTeam ProVac FS6 (part #107461) is a 6-quart backpack vacuum built for the residential cleaning industry, supplied here with a commercial power nozzle tool kit. A 9.5-amp, 1108-watt motor delivers 153 CFM of airflow and 91 inches of static lift, and a 50-foot cord gives extended cleaning range.

The included power nozzle, hose, and attachments turn the backpack into a full carpet-and-floor system, while ProLevel Filtration provides four levels of filtration across 1054 sq. in. of filter area. The 6-quart capacity keeps you working longer between changes on larger routes.
