Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Wheels let a floor brush roll where a plain one drags, which is most of why a wheeled head is easier to push over a long stretch of bare floor. Part 402WA is MD's 12-inch deluxe wheeled brush in the VacShield finish, riding on two non-marking plastic wheels turning on metal axles.

MD publishes the wand fit rather than leaving it to be worked out on arrival: any round central vacuum wand, metal or plastic, at 1-1/4 inch diameter, and both friction-fit and button-lock wands, since the lock stays depressed as the wand goes in. Air and debris come in from the open sides of the brush, which is what makes this shape good at edges and at pet hair.

VacShield is an antimicrobial coating MD applies inside and out, bristles included, and describes as neither dissipating nor leaching across the working life of the tool. The 14-inch wheeled brush in the same finish is part 402WXA.
