This upholstery nozzle carries a brush strip across a wide white housing, sized for furniture, drapery and car interiors rather than floors. Part 32-1700-92 connects to a standard hose or wand end for whole-home fabric cleaning, and the wide mouth is meant to cover a cushion or seat back in fewer passes than a narrow crevice tool would.
The brush strip along the nozzle's edge is what lifts embedded pet hair and debris out of fabric weave rather than just pushing loose dust across the surface, and it is also the part that wears first. Once the strip has flattened or pulled loose from its channel, the nozzle glides across upholstery without actually agitating it, and pet hair in particular stops coming up the way it should even with strong suction behind it.
