Inside the Windsor Sensor S12, this male contact holder is the connector body that carries electrical contacts between the machine's separable sections. When the holder cracks or its contacts loosen, the symptoms are maddeningly intermittent — the brush motor drops out when the handle flexes, or the vacuum dies and revives as it's moved. Replacing the worn holder re-establishes a firm, consistent connection and puts an end to the wiggle-it-until-it-works routine. Part #2886.
