Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This OEM handle-release button spring fits Carpet Pro, Fuller Brush, Simplicity, Riccar, and Titan uprights in the CPU250 and T3200 family. The spring loads the handle-release button so it returns to position after each press and keeps the handle locked upright until you release it. It supplies the tension the release action depends on.

Handle-release parts take repeated mechanical stress and are among the more commonly replaced components. A weak or broken spring leaves the release button feeling loose and can keep the handle from locking or reclining reliably. A fresh spring restores firm, positive button action.
