665603E is the complete cord retraction mechanism for the AIRBELT K canisters — drum, wound spring, release lever and leaf spring in one assembly. SEBO lists it at position 11 of the AIRBELT K sheet and closes the caption with a reference to positions 12 and 13.
Those two bracketed numbers are worth decoding, because they are what makes this the whole repair rather than half of it. Position 12 is the switch lever with its leaf spring, catalogued separately as 6621, and position 13 is the leaf spring alone, 1739. Both are included here. The pieces most likely to be tired alongside a worn reel therefore arrive in the same box, and there is nothing else to add to the order.
Rewinders announce themselves in a small number of ways. The cable creeps home rather than snapping back; it halts partway and locks up; the lever ceases to catch and nothing stays put at the length you set; or the spring lets go entirely and retraction stops. Drum and spring form one sealed wind-up assembly — there is no safe way to re-tension a spring of that type by hand, which is exactly why SEBO sells the assembly complete rather than as loose components.
Getting to it means going past the machine's electrical group: internal cable 6638 at position 16, the 1250W vacuum motor 6631ER at 17, and the controller at position 14, which is 6641ER on the K2 machines and 6645ER on the K3 Premium. The cord itself passes out through plug surround 6622GS at 22. Photograph or label the lead routing before lifting the old reel clear, so the new one goes back exactly as the factory laid it.
