SEBO Telescopic Tube Release Button with Leaf Spring and Cover

When a telescopic wand will no longer lock at the length you set, or the button sinks in and stays down, the fault is almost always the small spring-loaded catch rather than the tube itself. Part 6480ER supplies that catch complete — button, leaf spring and cover together.

It belongs to the 6237ER stainless telescopic tube, and it is one of three numbers SEBO uses for that tube's length mechanism. The thumb slide is 6425ER, the internal locking mechanism it acts on is 6238ER, and 6480ER is the button with its spring and cap. Knowing the split saves ordering the wrong third of the job.
