Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 541752 is a two-hole bag adapter with a clear tube, built for Eureka and Sanitaire SC888M and SC888N commercial uprights. It fits between the machine's inlet and the bag, carrying airflow and debris from one to the other.
A cracked adapter, or one that no longer seats squarely, opens a small gap between the inlet and the bag, and air takes the path of least resistance through that gap instead of through the nozzle. The result is weaker pickup at the floor even while the bag itself still has plenty of room left. A correct, fully seated adapter closes that gap back up.
