Part 48282A is the bag gasket for Eureka and Sanitaire uprights, the seal that sits between the bag fitting and the machine so dirt-laden air ends up in the bag and nowhere else.
Gaskets go hard, flatten and crack with age and heat. Once the seal is broken, dust escapes around the bag collar, a fine film settles on the floor behind you, and pickup drops off because the machine is leaking on the pressure side. A vacuum that smells dusty while it runs is often telling you about this part.
Fitment covers a wide span of machines including the C2094B, C2094FB, C2094G, C2094G1, C2094G2, C2094G3, C2094GW, C2094H, C2094H1, C2095A, C4046F, C4046F1, C4047A, HE4046A, SC684F, SC886F and SC886G in both the Eureka and Sanitaire lines.
