Pack of five bushings for the Eureka and Sanitaire SC899G, part 530981. Bushings are the low-friction sleeves that sit at pivot and bearing points — they let the mating part turn or slide freely while holding it in line.
They are consumable by design: the bushing is meant to wear so the parts around it do not. Once one has worn oversize, the component it supports develops play, and you get rattle, a squeak that rises with speed, or something that feels loose in the hand. Left long enough, the wear moves into the shaft itself.
Because they wear together, it makes sense to change them as a set, which is why they come five to a pack. Press each one squarely into its seat so it sits flush.
