Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 54582A4 is a genuine OEM cloth bag assembly for Eureka and Sanitaire commercial uprights, built to be emptied and refitted rather than thrown away, with a slide closure for opening it up. It ships in either red or gray depending on which is in stock, so treat the color as cosmetic rather than a fitment detail.
A shake-out bag that has thinned or lost its slide seal lets dust work back out during use instead of staying trapped, and a machine running on a leaking cloth bag can lose noticeable suction well before the fabric looks worn through. Emptying and inspecting the slide regularly, and replacing the assembly once it no longer seals, keeps a commercial upright running clean between jobs.
