Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Keep the right refill on hand for your SEBO upright or C-series canister. The genuine 5093AM bag design serves the X, G, C and listed commercial models, so checking the complete model name is more useful than matching the vacuum's color.

What you receive

Compatible SEBO models

AUTOMATIC X1, X2, X4, X4 Boost, X5, X7, X7 Premium and X8; ESSENTIAL G1, G2, G4 and G5; AIRBELT C1.1, C2.1 and C3.1; 300 MECHANICAL, 350 MECHANICAL, 370 COMFORT and ELECTRONIC 370.

These bags fit several SEBO families, but the filters in their service boxes are model-specific. A bag that fits both an X4 and an X7 does not make their service kits interchangeable.

Part numbers and package labels

5093AM is the U.S. catalog reference for this bag pack. 5093ER is an alternate genuine SEBO reference for the same listed model fitment. If your existing package says 5093AM or 5093ER, use the compatible-model list to confirm your replacement. The different letter suffix alone does not mean it is the wrong bag.

This cross-reference applies specifically to 5093AM/5093ER; it is not a rule that all SEBO numbers or carton codes are interchangeable.

When and how to replace the bag

Follow the bag-change indicator and instructions in your vacuum's manual. Fine dust can restrict airflow before a bag looks full. Switch off and unplug the vacuum, remove the used bag, close its sealing cap, and seat the new collar fully in the holder. Check that the bag is correctly positioned before closing the cover.

These are disposable bags; do not wash or empty them for reuse. Store spare bags in a dry place until needed.
