This OEM Hoover agitator end brush guide is the left-hand piece for early Helix brush rolls, fitting Hoover C1065, C1067, C1069, U4381, and U4387. The guide caps the end of the agitator and positions the bristle strip as the roll turns.
When the end guide wears or breaks, the brush strip can drift out of alignment, chatter, or catch, which shows up as uneven pickup and extra noise across the nozzle. A correct left-hand guide re-seats the agitator end so the bristles track evenly against the carpet.
- Fits: Hoover C1065, C1067, C1069, U4381, U4387 (early Helix, left hand)
